01. Main principles:
Types of Energy: The universe is governed by three types of energy—positive, impotent, and negative.
Positive Energy: It creates peace, truth, and a pleasant environment. It is achieved through the correct method, mantra, and form.
Impotent and Negative Energy: Lack of faith, incorrect pronunciation, or worship of incorrect images generate negative energy, which causes unrest and natural disasters.

04. Preface to the book (Page-03)
Birth and death are two constant states in this world. Every living being desires eternal happiness. Happiness and sorrow are like two shores of the ocean of life. Humans derive physical energy from food and mental energy from worship.
According to ancient sages, self-realization is possible only through positive energy (worship of God). The universe is powered by three types of energy:
Positive energy
Impotent energy
Negative energy

05. The best and simple method of worship for positive energy (Vastu, worship and removal of ancestral defects) (Page-04)
Birth is associated with illness, old age, and death. For a happy life, three things must be addressed: (a) Remedy for ancestral sins
(b) Correct worship practices
(c) Remedy for Vastu defects
Origin of the world: The universe is composed of eight elements—three subtle qualities (rajas, satoguna, tamas) and five gross elements (space, air, fire, water, and earth).

06. The elements of the universe, their deities and their various functions (Page-05)
The five elements have different names in different sects. Hindus call them ‘Om’ or ‘Gayatri’. In Christianity it is called GOD (Generator, Operator, Destroyer).
Table (Elements of the Universe):
Subtle elements: Brahma (Rajogun – origin), Vishnu (Satogun – nurture), Mahesh (Tamogun – destruction).
Gross elements: Sky (Ishta Devta), Vayu (Village Devta), Agni (Sthan Devta), Water (Kul Devta), Prithvi (Pitra Devta).

07. Three types of energy (Page-06)
Positive energy: This creates peace, truth, and a pleasant atmosphere.
Impotent energy: This arises from worship performed without devotion or with incorrect pronunciation.
Negative energy: This arises from faulty spiritual practices, leading to unrest, terrorism, and natural disasters. Examples include Ravana, Kansa, and others.

08. Energy locations (Page-07)
God/man: The right side is positive (auspicious) and the left side is negative.
Goddess/woman: The left side is positive (auspicious) and the right side is negative. Therefore, except for marriage, sleeping, and other enjoyment activities, the wife sits on the right side of the husband during all auspicious occasions.

09. Errors in Rituals (Page-08)
Some common mistakes in scriptures and paintings:
Sita Ram: Sita is often depicted on the left in paintings, when she should be on the right.
Ganesha: His trunk should be on the right, and he should hold the correct weapons.

11. Faith, words and form (Page-10)
Three things must be right for any spiritual practice: faith, words, and form. This is illustrated by the example of an electrical circuit:
Electric current (faith)
Wire (words/mantras)
Instrument (idol/image). If even one of these three is wrong, positive results will not be achieved.
